June 15, 1961- August 5, 2014 Charter Member and Chaplain of New York Chapter 48 Member of Ladies Auxiliary 48 Lynne was a friend and our chaplain. She was an incredible person with a truly gentle soul. She talked to you as if you were the most important person in the room, and treated everyone with dignity and respect. Though she had physical limitations, she would push through them to get things done. She loved life and tried to make every day special for both herself and those around her. A devoted wife and mother, her love for husband Mike and her children always shone through- they were her world. Lynne will be missed by all who knew her but she will never be forgotten.

Last ChapterThe AMVETS Riders would like to honor all those faithful Riders who have passed from this life to the next. Their voices and the the roar of their motorcycles have been stilled, but their names and faces are indelibly etched in our hearts and minds. Their passing has left a void that will never be filled, but we are grateful to have had the opportunity to serve and ride alongside them. We were blessed to know them, and we pray that God will bless us to be reunited when it is our time to take the final ride.
