New Jersey Chapter 101
Sons of AMVETS

Freddy is what he was called to his friends and family.  He was a teamster with Local 107 and drove for New Penn.  He was a member of the Sons of AMVETS and was a Charter Member at 101.If you ever got to meet Freddy you would never forget him, he was a loud man with an infectious laugh.  He was a father to fiver daughters and was always the first person to lend a helping hand when needed around the Post.

Ohio Chapter 26
Sons of AMVETS

Dion was known to be very loving, generous, a great listener, and a good friend. He enjoyed being outdoors, taking rides on his motorcycle for fun and for charity, being at the shooting range, grilling out with family and friends, and listening to music. He loved his family dearly and was very proud of his son, Kyle.

AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary

Not only was Sonya a loyal member, she was a treasurer of both the Ladies Auxiliary and the Riders for several years. Saying Sonya was an active member is an understatement, she was always there with a helping hand for all post functions from shopping for Christmas baskets to helping organize the golf tournament to helping with every pot luck and dinner. Sonya was an avid U of M football fan and loved watching NASCAR. She will be loved and missed forever.

    Last Chapter

The AMVETS Riders would like to honor all those faithful Riders who have passed from this life to the next.  Their voices and the the roar of their motorcycles have been stilled, but their names and faces are indelibly etched in our hearts and minds.  Their passing has left a void that will never be filled, but we are grateful to have had the opportunity to serve and ride alongside them.  We were blessed to know them, and we pray that God will bless us to be reunited when it is our time to take the final ride. Now as they ride forever free across the heavens, these AMVETS Riders are part of an eternal fellowship,
