February 4th, 1949 - February 20th, 2018 Ohio Chapter 51 Branch of Service: Army One of the nicest guys you would ever met. He lived life to the fullest and did what he loved.

My Dad was very proud, not only of his service to his country, but also his participation in Post 51's community/charity events. He always looked forward to annual toy drive and Fisher House fundraiser. His biggest thrill/honor of his time as an AMVETS member was when he and the other riders members escorted the Eyes of Freedom Memorial to and from the Post.

Last ChapterThe AMVETS Riders would like to honor all those faithful Riders who have passed from this life to the next. Their voices and the the roar of their motorcycles have been stilled, but their names and faces are indelibly etched in our hearts and minds. Their passing has left a void that will never be filled, but we are grateful to have had the opportunity to serve and ride alongside them. We were blessed to know them, and we pray that God will bless us to be reunited when it is our time to take the final ride.
