Chapter 1994 Ohio 1961 - 2023 AMVETS Jeff passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the Kettering Health Center in Kettering, Ohio. He was born on May 20, 1961 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio to the late Ronald and Sharon (Hatchett) Brown. On June 17, 2000 he married Joy Lynne Hogue and she survives in Kenton. Jeff was a proud U.S. Marine veteran. He worked for Keller Logistics as a truck driver. He was also heavily involved with the community, being a 32nd Degree & Commandery Mason, and an Amvets 1994 Commander & Dept. of OH 1st Vice Commander. He was also a member of Kenton Moose Lodge 428 and Kenton Eagles 2163. Being a Marine Corps veteran and member of the AMVETS was very important to Jeff. He loved his family, friends and the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and loved his Jeep. He and Joy spent many vacations in the mountains hiking, tasting and purchasing wine and enjoying the scenery.

Last ChapterThe AMVETS Riders would like to honor all those faithful Riders who have passed from this life to the next. Their voices and the the roar of their motorcycles have been stilled, but their names and faces are indelibly etched in our hearts and minds. Their passing has left a void that will never be filled, but we are grateful to have had the opportunity to serve and ride alongside them. We were blessed to know them, and we pray that God will bless us to be reunited when it is our time to take the final ride.
